“The Day I Left Home”(2025), is a collection of photographic works that present a visual retrospective of inner conversation diving into what it means to search for a place in the world.

Stemming from a profound sense of displacement and fractured memories, the body of work becomes a deep dive of learning and unlearning, searching for connection, facing turmoil and looking for peace.

In turn, the work becomes both a piece of documentation and autobiographical in nature as the chronology of the imagery is a direct reflection of my understanding of the world via past experiences and current cultural events.
