Dana “Bliss” White (b.1992 Newark, NJ) is an artist and photographer. Currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he is exploring the boundaries of photography as a tool for introspection and exploration. White received his BA in Computer Science and minored in Film Studies with an emphasis on documentary film making from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2018. While pursuing his film minor, White would meet Joshua Galloway, who would push White to pursue photography as a means to document the world on a daily basis. Engaging now with introspection, experimentation and documentation, White has created and shown photographic works at The Light Factory, McColl Center for Art + Innovation, Goodyear Arts, The Mint Museum and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
